4 Things…

Leaders should be doing:

1. Read the Gospels over and over and over and over.

2. Read everything Malcolm Gladwell and Seth Godin produce.

3. Listen to Andy Stanley talk about leadership and systems.

4. Ask.

Ask others leaders to lunch, for a meeting, 10 minutes of their time, etc. I even drive to other cities to be able to sit down with certain leaders. Have questions ready.
